HOW DOES ONLINE BOOKING WORK? |
| Step1: Go to online booking section of the site. Choose your event and date for online booking. |
| Step2: You would be shown availability status for chosen event. "Sold Out" text in Red color indicates that event is either sold out or is not available for booking. "Buy Now" text in green color indicates that event is available for online booking. |
| Step3: Click on "Buy Now" and follow simple steps to confirm your booking. |
| Step4: After specifying your booking choice, make a payment for booking charges using your credit card, debit card or netbanking account. |

Note: (Only Applicable to Event Ticket Booking): 1. At the booking confirmation page, you need to give the "Name of the person" on the credit card, debit card or ATM card. This Card needs to be presented to event management at the event time to collect your tickets. 2.After you have made a payment, you get confirmation of your booking mail on your account email address. 3. The mail will have the order number and ticketing details. Simply reach event venue on time and mention your order number,name and show your Credit/Debit/ATM card bearing your name to get entry. |

Q. Can I book tickets in advance for a forthcoming event? Yes, you can book tickets in advance subject to availability of tickets. Q. Can I cancel my tickets? You can cancel the bookings upto 48 hours before the event time. There is a cancellation charge of Rs20 per booking. You will also need to pay for the payment reversal charges charged by our online payment gateway partner. These charges are 7% of the booking value for credit-card/debit-card transactions and 4% of the booking value for net banking transactions. Q. What if the event is canceled due to some unforeseen event? Sometimes event may be canceled due to unforeseen events. If such event happens, Ghoomo will issue a full refund for the charges on your Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking account. Q. What do I do if I did not receive my order number by mail or my mail is lost? Email to support@ghoomo.com and you will get a duplicate ticket confirmation mail within 30 minutes. |
